Two large complexes of apartments in Phoenix sold recently for $10 million.

They were sold to limited liability corporations of Mentor Properties Inc. located in Scottsdale, Arizona. According to https://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/news/2011/06/29/two-apartment-complexes-fetch-10.html the seller was a court appointed receiver.

The first complex has 486 units and was constructed in the 70’s.

The second is a 241 unit complex and was constructed in 1981.
