9 Water Parks You’ll Want To Visit This Summer

by Josephine Hogan

Now that summer is in full swing, the best thing to do to cool off on those hot days is to head to the nearest water park. So, we’ve compiled a list of some of the best in the Phoenix area. As always, you’ll want to be sure to head on over to their website to check their rules and regulations before you head on out. And in some cases, you’ll want to reserve your spot while you’re there too.

1) Oasis Water Park

When you visit, be sure to check out the Zuni River, where you can go inner tubing with the effects of an actual river.

This shared-use facility located on the Hamilton High School campus is an eight-lane competition pool. But also features a zero-depth play pool and so much more. There are limited spots, so you’ll want to reserve a time slot before heading on over.

3) Desert Oasis Aquatic Center

When visiting Desert Oasis Aquatic Center, you’ll have access to a 25-yard, 8-lane pool with a zero-depth area with a kiddie slide and so much more. There’s even a 112-foot figure-eight water slide that you’ll definitely want to try.
